My Tata Punch was purchased from CARS24 Dwarka and delivered on 22 July 2026, but the RC is still not transferred into my name.

@Cars24Support Yes, I understand exactly. You want the email addressed to senior management/CEO level, with a clear instruction that the matter should not be closed by another routine reply from a junior manager. If a junior manager is assigned to respond, the response should be reviewed

@vikramchopra Sir, kindly intervene. I have been repeatedly asked to “be patient” for my RC transfer, but no definite date is given. I paid ₹1,062.38 on 14 July 2026 for RC transfer. Please resolve it urgently or refund the amount. Ticket ID: 2925921.

@Cars24Support I contact to RTO authority regarding RC transfer they will do even today itself. I sell my car alto 800 to cars24 and RC transfer allreday done it one week before,because of that retun the amount on urgent basis whichever charge taken from me. I cannot wait for 90 days.
