@flipkartsupport @FlipKarttt @Flipkart After 15 days of placing return request for a dead on arrival asus laptop of 50k rs ,the day it delivered on 3 rd july ..even after getting the DOA certificate from asus brand ... Flipkart nor replacing neither giving refund...

@flipkartsupport ordered a asus laptop on 2nd july... delivered on 3rd July ...but the laptop came dead on arrival ... immediately placed return request on 3rd July...today is 18th July ...still return is pending.... complained a thousand times ...but no response or resolution
