@zomato @zomatocare Order #8454852436 I wanted to pay ₹200 cash + ₹22 UPI, but the delivery partner had no UPI. I offered ₹300 cash, but he had no change either. Instead of helping, he was extremely rude, yelled at me and repeatedly told me to cancel the order.

This needs to be addressed seriously. @zomato @zomatocare

saying he would cancel it forcefully otherwise. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable.
I want to speak to Zomato customer care on call and want this delivery partner investigated and appropriate action taken. Please don’t just give me a generic automated response.

@zomato i’m a gold member. And i order from zomato almost everyday. I really don’t know why. I’m not getting COD option. While other are getting COD option for same restaurants. This is so frustrating. Please fix this.
