@SamsoniteUSA I bought your suitcase at @Kohls on a Sat. I went on leg 1 of my journey from Chicago to Uganda 3 days later via a European airline and my bag showed up like this. Both handles ripping off. Suitcase was under the 50lb limit. Very frustrating.
