Bought an LG 5 Star Split AC from Flipkart in March 2026. Since day 1, facing cooling issues and CH 38 error. Multiple LG service visits, reinstallation done as suggested, but issue still unresolved. Very poor service from LG & Flipkart. @LGIndia @Flipkart

@LGIndia By when, first SR was raised on 26th April 2026 and its more than a month and your engineer are not able to resolve it. Half of the summer gone without AC, worst service and going forward never going to buy LG product and from Flipkart.

@LGIndia I raised a request to repair my newly purchased LG 1.5 ton 5 star AC on 26th march and after multiple follow up still waiting a call from your Field engineer and Customer Support, worst after sales service. I regret my decision of trusting your brand.

Raised the issue with proof, yet Flipkart DENIED replacement 😡😡
The IME/Serial Number of product delivered and mentioned in the bill is also different. #FlipkartScam

1) Did you try to connect the seller and what was the outcome.
2) What action was taken on the fraud seller.
3) How you are going to compensate my loss.
