@HipHopCrave_ When I was ten
Back when nine ounces had got you ten
And nine times out of ten, niggas don't pay attention
And when there's tension in the air, nines come with extensions
@parksmusic what’s good! Did you hear this DJ Muggs, Meth and Slick Rick(!) track? Dropped last yr. I’ve been sleeping but Muggs in recent years been killing it apparently and that Slick Rick verse is a madness 🥵 https://t.co/1bI8CWpLuL

💿: @OddKidOut_ “WHAT ABOUT ME” (out now on @mau5trap 🪤). Go check him out… he’s class!
@lonniehi11@loverwithwalls Technical ability, doesn’t make a good DJ. So you are right on everything you say. This is an endless long conversation, that I actually don’t care about that much at this point. Respect what you’re saying. Take it easy ✌️
@lonniehi11@loverwithwalls You’re right, after re-reading your original tweet, I get what you’re saying. The general principal and understanding of what you need to be able to do to “DJ” is universal. My point is, going from shit CDJs / Decks / controllers to an environment such as a club isn’t going work.
@lonniehi11@loverwithwalls You know there’s a massive difference between mixing on, let’s say Technics 1200’s to any other decks. And that is also the same for CDJs. Ultimately it depends what you’re trying to mix, where you’re mixing, and what level you want to get at. It’s really not as simple as you say
