It’s a breathtakingly beautiful painting style done on wood from Kadamb and Mahagani trees, shaped like boat. When the family creates a painting, they observe a strict vrat for 41 days

A group of young men from Kerala has made a beautiful documentary on the art, which has just released on Jio Cinema
