It's a platonic love story with sweet romance on the side, beginning with a pair of homeless orphan teenagers, spanning an entire lifetime in three books. Three books of love, joy, adventure and pain. A found family for you to be part of forever. https://t.co/GbFdKCHJ46
3) Use social media to my advantage (create posts, videos, and content that is interesting and unforgettable)
4) Find my intended audience (no one's work is for everyone and that's okay; find your niche)
5) Remember that sales do not reflect poorly on me or my work (I'm learning)
It's been almost 4 months since I released my first poetry collection, Broken Puzzle Pieces, and I have some thoughts on things I would do differently next time.
1) Invest in marketing (this could be paying someone to do it for you, paying for ads on Facebook, or paying for more exposure on TikTok)
2) Edit more or find an editor (yes there are mistakes in my collection and I've learned from this)
I need some recommendations for indie/self published poetry collections! I can look on Amazon myself, but I feel like I'd be missing a lot of great authors. Only criteria is published collections. Thank you!

It's tough to keep up with social media as an author. There's too much to keep up with and so little time! Any tips on how to stay relevant on social media, while not devoting all your time to it? #writersoftwitter#WritingCommunity
1) draft a chapter of my wip
2) finish reading Peter Pan
3) finish filming the Peter Pan reading vlog
4) film a writing vlog/experiment vlog

It's been fun to create bookish content on Tik Tok. However, I'm not thrilled about creepy comments from men predominately. If you want to hit on me in a public space, just don't. It's creepy and unwanted.
Any of my followers book reviewers? Or know reviewers? I have a queer urban fantasy coming out in September and I'd love to throw it at people in exchange for honest reviews. (Reviews I will not read or engage with because I am a soft hearted coward and reviews are for readers.)
There is so much overlap within the reading and writing community! I love seeing my booktube/booktok/bookstagram friends getting into writing and just loving books!
