@O2 You just mistakenly cancelled my existing sim when sending me a replacement. You said you wouldn't. I now can't make calls or access my bank. I cant call to fix it + I can't chat online because that requires me to login to myo2 - which sends a 2factor text i cant receive.

@ruth_hallows @dinosofos @seetickets That's what happens to us with seetickets when we try for Glastonbury. They do all the throttling etc to protect the servers but when you do get through it crashes on the card payment.
