Shanks vs Mihawk, who do you think is stronger?

Actually, this's considered another proof! Garling was saying that WITH contract, Shanks would become equal to Shamrock! This means that Shamrock was STRONGER than Shanks 14 yrs ago, according to Garling!

I want to clarify once again: Mihawk's title argument works in debates about (Mihawk > Shanks) but not about Shamrock !!

Mihawk's title (from general public) doesnt include the hidden characters from puplic, like HKs/Gorosei/Imu
