Patience has its rewards.
Cacti. grow one pixel every day and continue evolving on-chain.
Transfer too early and there's a 35% chance they start over.
These mature Cacti. survived the journey. π΅ #commit#OnChain
π¨ Announcement! π¨
Today we're aiming to distribute 1,000 Cacti! π΅
To help kick things off, we're dropping the public mint price to 0.0001 ETH (about $0.18 USD)βlow enough to make botting uneconomical while giving everyone a chance to grow their own Cacti.
π As a thank you, everyone who previously minted will receive additional Cacti during this event.
π Discount Public Mint Begins: 3:00 PM EST Today
Available while supplies last.
π΅ Get Growing! π΅@onchainkoi@onchainbonsai@ethereum@opensea
One thing we're most proud of with Cacti. π΅
The community has been patient, collectors have been supportive, and it's been encouraging to see interest grow organically.
It's been great to see a relatively stable market so far, with collectors holding rather than racing to undercut each other.
We didn't build Cacti for quick flipsβwe spent months creating fully on-chain NFTs that continue to grow and evolve on Ethereum. When I say we I mean me.
I am just getting started.
Thanks to everyone who's believed in the vision. π

We let 100 Cacti get minted to watch the market and the growth and it went swimmingly. No weth flooring. No drama. Time for the next open mint!
Why we spent months building a cactus that actually grows... π΅π§΅
1/ Most NFTs stop changing the moment you mint them.
We wanted to ask a different question:
What if your NFT kept living forever?
2/ We didn't want another JPEG.
Every Cacti is generated fully on-chain as SVG artwork that lives on Ethereum itselfβnot on a private server that could disappear.
3/ Every cactus begins as a tiny bud.
Then it grows over time, one stage at a time, eventually becoming an Ancient cactus if you keep it long enough.
4/ We spent months redesigning the artwork.
We simplified traits, rebuilt the SVG renderer, removed unnecessary code, optimized the smart contracts, and made every cactus unique.
5/ Weather isn't just decoration.
Your cactus can experience changing skies like sunshine, rain, snow, stars, and heat waves, giving each piece a living feel instead of a static image.
6/ No two Cacti are exactly alike.
Different species, blooms, finishes, displays, spine styles, mutations, and backgrounds combine to create thousands of unique possibilities.
7/ Building this wasn't easy.
Every byte mattered because the artwork and logic had to fit within Ethereum's constraints while remaining fully on-chain.
8/ We could have taken shortcuts.
Instead, we chose permanence.
The goal wasn't to make another collectionβit was to build something that still feels alive years from now.
9/ Cacti is our vision of what fully on-chain NFTs can become:
Living.
Growing.
Permanent.
10/ If you've been following the journey, thank you. π΅
This is only the beginning. We have opened minting for 100 Cacti sales.
The interesting part of fully on-chain NFTs isn't the artwork. We love out bonsai, our koi, and fully support all nft projects that went the next step to make their project alive!
It's what happens after mint.
What if your NFT could age, grow, bloom, and continue evolving years from now?
That's the direction we're exploring with Cacti. π΅
