@saniyafatma1278 The red flag is this, 6 MONTHS. Yes you can fall hook line and sinker for someone but do you really know them? At this early stage in a relationship he is expecting his name on the deeds. You are buying it you will be paying mortgage & all the bills. Do not let him contribute 1p.

@JessicaRosvy I loaned my kids 40k each on the proviso they repaid me after 5 yrs with interest for a deposit for their first home. 15& 12 yrs later I am still waiting for a penny. I’ve sacrificed time, worked nights whilst looking after their kids for them to go to work. I’m leaving nothing!

@Paul_L_OBrien My mum had Alzheimer’s she didn’t speak for many months. One day I took her to the park to sit in the sun and look at the spring flowers. I asked if they were pretty, she looked then said to me“ if I was a dog you’d have put me down by now”I was heartbroken as her words were true
