The real question is: What should be 1L for dMMR+BRAFmt? FOLFOXIRI vs pembro (BRAFmt subgroup HR 0.48) vs ?1L BRAF targeted agents. Noting, BEACON showed no benefit for dMMR+BRAFmt

We presented @MOGA_ORG our interim analysis on ribociclib & endocrine therapy for ER+ MBC, national Australian data captured alongside a medicine access program. Great to see early promising PFS and drug tolerability replicated in real world patients. @gibbs_lab
