@stefanos Dude if you are just bet on yourself at 4.0+ odds. I know it’s prohibited, but still would be a nice way to put you money where your mouth is
@JasonRomano The story truly sucks. What sucks the most is that he most probably was betting at an awful odds the bookies offer, which are truly impossible to beat. Anyway, there should be a straight line between fun betting and betting for profit which most of the people miss
@nishikoripicks How do you calculate walkovers and in-game retirements? Can there be a correlation between US Open being the Slam with the most retirements and underdogs performing the best?
@ParetoPrincipl@BagCalls@Fun_DFS He is not, he is betting at the odds way worse than the market, often in live events, often moving the market for a couple of cents. He is a decent punter, who got tilted yesterday and lost all his previous winnings
Caught myself secretly cheering for @DjPolyKek bets even though I was often on an opposite side of the trade with him.
You can argue all you want about whether he was going to lose it all eventually or not, but you gotta admit the dude has balls, respect! Hope you come back bro
@prathwik0@DjPolyKek And I would focus on those events where he clearly has an edge (esports) and avoid others like MLB. If he calculates the PnL per sport it will be very clear.
