We have created some beer mats to encourage and normalise conversations surrounding mental health. If you would like some for your pub, restaurant or venue or know someone who would, please let us know and we will get them to you for no cost. Please share 🤙💙
We’re quite open on this platform about our own personal experiences, this is just another one of those. Hopefully this is the prompt that someone needs to reach out. Trust me, things do get better, it all starts by talking.
As always our messages are open 🤙💙
Goals are positive as they give you direction, but it’s important to enjoy the journey as that’ll keep you going after you’ve reached your goal.
Make sure you take time and look at the progress you’ve already made.
Have a great week 🤙💙
What is SAD?
Many people struggle throughout the winter, feeing low in mood and don’t understand the reasons behind it. Please don’t keep this to yourself, speak up as it will help you, but also others who are dealing with the same thing.
As always our messages are open 🤙💙
Word of the week: learn.
We can all learn something whether that be a new skill, knowledge of a subject or understanding our own mental health. Take some time out of your busy schedule and learn about yourself, what triggers your mental health and what makes you feel better 🤙💙
#worldmentalhealthday
We’re looking at getting some more beer mats with these important messages on! Let us know if you would like some free of charge!
As always our messages are open and chats are confidential. Let’s normalise the conversation around mental health in men 🤙💙
‘A good laugh heals a lot of hurts’
A behind the scenes of what it’s really like trying to film a 20 second video 😂 it’s always good to have a laugh where you can, it’s infectious 🤙💙
Word of the week: boundary.
Make sure you’re setting boundaries in all aspects of your life. If you’re not comfortable with something speak up and make others aware, look out for yourself. You deserve to feel comfortable within yourself and boundaries will help with that 🤙💙
A huge thank you to Billy for the money raised for us! Billy ran over 117 miles over just 3 events. It’s amazing when people want to support us, we really are very grateful for this.
We wish you all a great week 🤙💙

Stop beating yourself up for how you’re feeling, and trying to tackle it on your own. A problem shared is a problem halved. Let’s normalise talking about mental health 🤙💙
‼️Reminder‼️
You’re still here for a reason! All them ‘bad’ times and ‘bad’ thoughts you’ve experienced, you’re still here! Keep going and you’ll get through it, but don’t do it alone. You’ve got this 🧠🤙💙
Billy will be running 118 miles in just 3 runs and has decided to do this whilst raising money for Onein3. This will be a very tough physical challenge but also a very mental challenge too! We will support Billy along the way in whatever way we can. Link to donate in the bio 🤙💙
