The Odisha Nursing Employees Association (Headquarters) held a detailed interaction with Nursing Officers and #NursingOfficers (#CHOs) of Kandhamal District to discuss various service-related issues affecting them at the grassroots level.

The participants highlighted several concerns relating to service conditions and administrative matters. The #Association took note of all the issues and assured the members that a comprehensive representation will be submitted to the #Government for their early and appropriate resolution.

The Association remains committed to safeguarding the legitimate service interests of Nursing Officers and strengthening the #public #healthcare system.

Today, the representatives of the Odisha Nursing Employees Association (#ONEA) met the #NursingOfficer (#CHO) who had been peacefully protesting in front of the CDM & PHO Office, #Kandhamal, alleging victimization and an illegal transfer.

Thereafter, the representatives held discussions with the #Collector & #DistrictMagistrate, Kandhamal and the CDM & PHO, Kandhamal, regarding the matter.

The Collector & District Magistrate and the CDM & PHO assured the association that the grievance of the concerned CHO would be considered sympathetically and that the transfer order would be reviewed and modified at the earliest.

In view of the positive assurance received from the district administration, the peaceful protest has been called off with the hope that justice will be delivered within the next few days.

The #OdishaNursingEmployees Association sincerely thanks the district administration for positive intervention and looks forward to an early and fair resolution of the matter.

DAY & NIGHT PEACEFUL PROTEST FOR JUSTICE

#KHANDHAMAL ଭଳି #KBK ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଜଣେ #NursingOfficer (#CHO) ଙ୍କୁ ଜାଣିଶୁଣି ହଇରାଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ରହିଛି। କିଛି Officers ଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ complaint କରିବା ପରେ, କିଛି biased Officers ଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା biased Enquiry କରାଯାଇଥିବା, Enquiry Report manipulation କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଏବଂ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସମୟରେ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ Nursing Officer (CHO) ଙ୍କୁ Arbitrary #Transfer କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଉଠିଛି।

ନ୍ୟାୟ ପାଇଁ ସେ ଦିନ-ରାତି ଧାରଣାରେ ବସିଛନ୍ତି। #PoliceProtection ମାଗିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ Police ଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ଦେଖାଯାଇନାହିଁ। ରାତିରେ ଜଣେ ମହିଳା ଏକାକୀ ଧାରଣାରେ ବସିଥିବା ଘଟଣା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଉଦ୍ବେଗଜନକ।

KBK ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ Nursing Officers ମାନେ ସମ୍ପୁର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅସୁରକ୍ଷିତ । File processing ଠିକ୍ ସମୟରେ ହେଉନାହିଁ। File processing ରେ #corruption ଏବଂ ପାଟି ଖୋଲିଲେ action — ଏଭଳି ଅଭିଯୋଗର ନିରପେକ୍ଷ ତଦନ୍ତ ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।

କେବେ ମିଳିବ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନ?

Arbitrary Transfer କରିଥିବା Officers ଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ କେବେ ହେବ action?

Nursing Officers ମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଏତେ #Victimization କାହିଁକି?

Various long-standing and pressing issues of #NursingOfficers were discussed under the Chairmanship of the Commissioner-cum- Secretary, @HFWOdisha, in the presence of the Additional Secretary to Govt, Director of Nursing and other senior officers of the Government.

State Representatives of the #OdishaNursingEmployeesAssociation (ONEA) highlighted several important matters relating to Nursing Officers serving across the State. Following detailed deliberations, the Government assured that all genuine issues would be examined at the earliest, giving due importance to the smooth and efficient delivery of #nursingservices.

ରୋଗୀ ସେବାକୁ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରମାନେ ଦିନରାତି ନିରନ୍ତର ଭାବେ ଜନସେବାରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ନିଜ ସୁବିଧା, ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଓ ପରିବାରିକ ଜୀବନକୁ ପଛକୁ ରଖି ସେମାନେ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ସେବାକୁ ସୁଚାରୁ ଭାବେ ପରିଚାଳନା କରିଆସୁଛନ୍ତି। ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ୩୩,୬୭୩ ପଦବୀରେ କେବଳ ୧୫,୧୨୨ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଥିବା ସତ୍ତ୍ୱେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବାର ସଫଳ ରୂପାୟନରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅତୁଳନୀୟ ଭୂମିକା ରହିଆସିଛି। ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ଦିନରାତି ନିଦ୍ରାହୀନ ଭାବେ ସେବାରେ ସଦା ସତର୍କ ଓ ନିୟୋଜିତ ରହୁଥିବା ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରମାନେ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସେବା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ପ୍ରକୃତ ମେରୁଦଣ୍ଡ । ଏହା ନର୍ସିଂ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କର ଅସୀମ ସମର୍ପଣ, ଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଓ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟନିଷ୍ଠାର ଜ୍ୱଳନ୍ତ ଉଦାହରଣ।

ସମାଜ ଓ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ପ୍ରତି ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରମାନଙ୍କର ଅବଦାନ ସଦା ସ୍ମରଣୀୟ ଓ ପ୍ରଶଂସନୀୟ। ଏହି ପବିତ୍ର ଅବସରରେ ସମସ୍ତ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରମାନଙ୍କର ସୁସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ, ସୁଖ, ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ଓ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ଭଗବାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁଛୁ। ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସେବା ମନୋଭାବ ଆଗାମୀ ପିଢ଼ୀ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରେରଣାର ଉତ୍ସ ହୋଇ ରହୁ।

ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତୀୟ ନର୍ସିଂ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ସମସ୍ତ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରମାନଙ୍କୁ ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଓ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ।

Such illegal practices cannot occur without the knowledge of the Medical Officer In-Charge.

Responsibility must be fixed and accountability must be enforced.

Those who received arrears are suspended. But the one who sanctioned it remains protected. Selective action is not accountability. So fix responsibility at all levels.

Immediate suspension of the Medical Officer In-Charge is essential. A Vigilance inquiry must be initiated to uncover the truth.

Regular transfer of dealing assistants should be ensured to prevent misuse of position.

❌ Corruption is unacceptable at any level.

ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରାରଙ୍କ ବଦଳି ଦାବି କରି କିଛି ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଟୋକେନ୍ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଇକ୍ କରିଥିଲେ। ପରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଭରସା କରି ସେହି ଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଇକ୍‌କୁ ସ୍ଥଗିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ରୋଗୀ ସେବାରେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାର ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରାଯାଇନଥିଲା।

କିନ୍ତୁ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରାରଙ୍କ ବଦଳି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ବିଳମ୍ବ ହେଉଥିବାରୁ ସମସ୍ତ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର, ଫାର୍ମାସୀ ଅଫିସର ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଜାରି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୨ ତାରିଖରୁ ସେମାନେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟବନ୍ଦ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି।

ତିନି ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ସମୟ ଧରି ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିବା ସହିତ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରାରଙ୍କ ମନମୁଖୀ ଶାସନ ବଢ଼ି ଚାଲିଛି ଏବଂ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ମାନସିକ ନିର୍ଯାତନା ଦେବା ଘଟଣା ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଖାଯାଉଛି, ଯାହା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନିନ୍ଦନୀୟ।

ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୨ ତାରିଖରୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟବନ୍ଦ ହେଲେ ରୋଗୀମାନେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଅସୁବିଧାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେବେ ବୋଲି ଆଶଙ୍କା କରାଯାଉଛି। ସେହି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରାରଙ୍କୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ବଦଳି କରାଯିବାକୁ ଦାବି କରାଯାଉଛି।

ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ଯଦି ପ୍ରୟୋଜନ ପଡ଼େ, ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟର ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରମାନେ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରିବେ ବୋଲି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି।

Black Badge Protest at SLN MCH Koraput

The Nursing Officers, Paramedic Officers and all Allied Staff of SLN MCH, Koraput are observing a Black Badge Protest against the monopolistic and high-handed actions of the Registrar(OAS).

Earlier, keeping in view patient care and the smooth functioning of the hospital, the staff had voluntarily postponed their token strike 14 days ago in the larger public interest.

However, repeated harassment and arbitrary actions by the Registrar have created an unhealthy and disturbed working environment.

We respectfully urge the Government to immediately transfer the Registrar in order to restore harmony, ensure smooth administration and safeguard the interest of patient care at #SLNMCHKoraput.

The Odisha Nursing Employees Association strongly condemns the shocking and unlawful attack on the Addl. Commissioner, BMC inside official premises during working hours.

OAS Officers constitute the backbone of governance and such criminal acts are highly derogatory to the administrative framework of the State. This act amounts to a direct assault on the dignity and safety of a public servant discharging official duties under law.

We express full solidarity with the OAS Association in this serious matter. We request the Hon'ble Chief Minister to initiate stringent legal action against the accused ensuring the majesty of law is upheld.

Rule 3 of Odisha Govt Servants Conduct Rules 1959 ଅନୁସାରେ ଏହି ଦୁର୍ନୀତି ଅସ୍ଵୀକାରଯୋଗ୍ୟ।

ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର ମାନଙ୍କ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ Illegally ଜାରି ହୋଇଥିବା transfer orders ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ revoke କରାଯିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ।

ଦୃଢ଼ disciplinary action ନିଆଯାଉ ଏବଂ transparency ବଜାୟ ରଖାଯାଉ।
