.@flooranddecor’s Roswell location let phone ring for 4 minutes before picking up and hanging up. Called back and they picked up and put phone down on table for 56 minutes. And how do we know if our order arrived on Wednesday? #fail#CustomerService
If you have @USAA, do not trust your family’s safety to the Roadside Assistance. We Love their insurance/banking, but the roadside assistance is horrible. it has taking more than an hour on multiple instances over the last couple of years in a major city & had to fix without them
