The first 100 pages of DUNE are my favourite segment in all of English literature. Caladan, the Gom Jabbar, training with Gurney, the scheming of Baron Harkonnen, the OC Bible … to see it all (mostly) come to life by Denis was truly magical. I’ll never forget experiencing that.

one of my friends completed a 100 movies in cinema this year & i think that’s such a huge accomplishment because it was all out of her own pocket & for the love of cinema. pouring into what you love is really all you have in the short life.
