@BlinksTale Five letter plural words are bad puzzle design. Double letters are not bad design, but I find them less fun. Since it's easy to only focus on trying unused letters.

@opadunn1 It blows. I imagine it feels even worse for folks that actually started the consolidation. As the policy states if ED doesn't own the loan by Sept 29, you're SOL.

I was literally starting the process to consolidate my FFEL loans and refreshed the website to find ED had updated their policy. Gov folded to big lenders & that's that.
