After 2 days of intense negotiations at the Technical meetings we have commenced the High Level session of XXIV meeting of the forum of Ministers of Environment of Latin America and the Caribbean here in Lima, Peru.

This forum is focussed on critical issues affecting the region including Climate Change, Biodiversity Loss and Pollution.
