Ibang iba ang tryout na ginawa noon ng PVF sa AMIHAN. sobrang mabusisi at systematic. It was under Coach Ramil bigatin pa ang mga sponsor ng Amihan noon pero ni walang naissue na nakialam ang sponsors noon sa pagpili ng mga players. PLDT ang major sponsor ng Amihan.
