@UPS It’s now 9 hours after the estimated delivery time to our local UPS Store. Tracking information hasn’t updated in 10 hr. This was a time-sensitive domestic overnight delivery costing $228.94 UPS Store staff was unable or unwilling to help. Online tracking was no help.
