A whole lot of bad decisions were made here but the biggest one was depending on a piece of paper to defend against an obvious very low IQ maniac. I know it's a long video but him waddling away and dropping the gun 2 more times is worth watching to the end.
The death of a Royal Caribbean passenger has been ruled a homicide after it was revealed crew members served him 33 drinks at the shipโs bar the night he died, according to a new wrongful death lawsuit.
Michael Virgil was detained during a drunken rage in which he allegedly attacked and threatened to kill crew members and passengers
He died while being held in custody, with his family members initially claiming he was administered a sedative to calm him down โ possibly killing him.
His family is standing by that claim in their new lawsuit as Virgilโs cause of death was changed to homicide, according to the legal papers.
The lawsuit seeks damages from Royal Caribbean including loss of support, inheritance, past and future earnings and net accumulations, funeral and medical expenses, mental pain and suffering, and more
