I often check myself when interacting with women. I pay attention to how I look at them, talk to them, compliment them, and treat them because I want to be faithful to my future wife, even before I meet her.

I also try to be kind, caring, and respectful when interacting with women. In a way, I’m building the habits now that I hope to bring into my marriage. I want to love my wife the way Christ calls me to.

And when I’m in conversations with men about women, I make sure my language remains respectful, loyal, loving, and considerate.

Reporting a toxic boss doesn’t always protect you or deliver justice. Sometimes leadership decides you’re the easier problem to remove.

They weigh it like this. If we fire the boss, it becomes our headache. HR investigations, covering their work, finding a replacement, and explaining why we let it drag on. But if we side with the boss and push you out? They just tell the toxic boss to “handle it” and “work things out.” Now your boss knows you’re a snitch, and the situation quietly gets worse until you quit or get forced out.

That’s why toxic bosses often stay and good employees get pushed out.
