As a fan of Kazuha, I was extremely excited for today's concert. Returning to the city where her career first began felt deeply meaningful. Unfortunately, what should have been a memorable milestone turned into a nightmare. I have always loved the Netherlands and Amsterda. Having visited several times, I used to view it as a safe and welcoming destination. However, as a visitor today, I was subjected to treatment that left me feeling deeply harassed, violated, and humiliated.
Midway through the concert, several venue staff members approached me and asked me to step outside. Though confused, I immediately complied to avoid disrupting the experience for others. Once in the hallway, they asked to search my bags. Again, I fully cooperated. During the search, an organizer's staff member claimed to recognize me from the London show, asserting that I had been taking photos and therefore needed to be removed. Yet, after thoroughly searching all my belongings, they found absolutely nothing except my passport.
Given that no violation had occurred, I assumed I would be allowed to return to the show. Instead, staff members began flipping through my passport. Naturally alarmed by this unnecessary behaviour, I stepped forward and placed my palm over my passport to protect my personal information. Instantly, another venue staff member snatched it from my hands, passed it to the organizer’s staff, and began taking photos of my private document.
Utterly unsettled, I demanded then to state the reason for their actions. A staff member dismissively replied, "We don’t need a particular reason, but I can tell you that from this moment on, you are not welcome in the venue." Stunned by this baseless statement, I repeatedly asked for a valid explanation. They refused to answer. Instead, the staff member declared, "Right now, we will remove your wristband and escort you out."
Knowing I had done nothing wrong, I refused to surrender my wristband. Without consent, the staff member grabbed my arm and tore off my paper wristband. To the staff, this may have seemed like nothing, to me, this felt devastating. As an Asian fan who flew dozens of hours across the globe to see Kazuha return to her second home, hoping to see her shine, perform, and share this chapter with us, was something I had looked forward to every moment. Yet, despite my requests, they failed to provide a single legitimate reason for my removal.
When I refused to leave without an explanation, the situation escalated into unprovoked physical violence. One security guard twisted my right arm outward while another pinned my left arm behind my back, forcibly marching me out. In my home country, even law enforcement rarely resorts to such force, especially without stating proper cause. Instinctively, I tried to break free, but they intensified their grip, forcing me toward the floor as the security on the right added more power to twist my arm.
Shaking violently, my knees nearly collapsed under me. I felt like a criminal being dragged to an execution. Other surrounding venue staff and onlookers watched in silence. I screamed and cried for help, but no one intervened or even met my gaze. In a foreign country, isolated and terrified, I felt utterly helpless. My body was dragged like a rag doll, even while writing this passage my limbs are still trembling from the pain and fear.
I want to state clearly that, had I been approached respectfully with a valid reason, I would have gladly cooperated. Instead, without committing a single infraction, I was subjected to physical aggression, breach of privacy, and public humiliation. My safety, personal data, time, and money were completely tormented by the European tour staff and the Amsterdam Ziggo Dome security.
