@currys funny how when you give feedback that you do not like, i get opted out of the survey. Feedback is there to help you improve customer service- something Currys desperately need. @Samsung your brand is tarnished by Currys poor service
@currys@Visa I have just been told, via DM, to expect a call within the another 72 hours. Utterly ridiculous. This will be escalated tomorrow. You clearly do not understand, and have not looked at the utter shambles that you customer service team have served up.
@currys Word of warning. My son bought a Samsung Smart TV to go back to University. Opened the package, set it up, Smart TV will not connect to the internet. Mac Address and IP address fields do not allow manual input. Despite only being bought 28 days ago and opened this week
@currys@currys place zero value on customer service. @Visa we paid with visa card and Currys treat customers like this. Reflects badly on your ‘purchase protection’ assurances.
@currys - we are now 5 days on and no actual progress. Been told to return to store but have to then wait 7-14 days for a replacement. Time for a full refund now .
