@iamlegacy23 She could have called the grandmother or the cops or hell why not both. I'll tell ya what I did when I was in the babysitter position. I called both child was removed immediately and I was awarded temporary custody.

@iamlegacy23 Personally I don't think anyones past should be brought into it. Not the grandmother or the babysitter. They all failed him including the babysitter. I personally don't believe the babysitter called cps. Do you have proof she did?

@iamlegacy23 babysitter didn't call the grandmother or the law when the mother told her she wasn't needed? I mean if she was so concerned. if the mother wasn't allowed around the child alone cops would have removed the children and grandmother would have lost rights.
