American says there is a huge issue taking place in the workforce

It started with creative jobs and now it’s happening everywhere, including government job postings

Companies are essentially mislabeling jobs. They are making job openings for independent contractors for jobs, but then giving instructions as if they were an employee. They tell you when you need to work and manage you like any other employee

But they don’t have to pay sick time, overtime, insurance, nothing

“They're not giving you any of the employee protections that you would give to somebody that you hire on, and they don't have to lay people off because they're just basically getting rid of everybody every, like, 6-9 months”

This is actually a widespread issue and it’s such a widespread issue that California even had to pass legislation against it

In California if they hire someone like this the work is outside the usual course of the hiring entity’s business and the worker is free from the hiring entity’s control and direction in how the work is performed

This just shows that companies are abusing workers and hiring these people, directing them just like a normal employee but providing none of the perks. A loophole to screw people over

This woman works 2 jobs, yesterday she worked 19 hours. She lives with in-laws with her kids and they’re still broke

WOAH 🚨 Michigan Democrats are putting dead voters BACK ON the voter rolls after they are removed

After the dead people are added back, THEY ARE MAILED BALLOTS

Michigan Rep Rachelle Smit “I took off a dead voter in my township and guess what? That dead voter was put back on”

“There was a family member who at one point was registered at my in-laws home, and that family member had died nearly 20 years prior. They were put on the rolls — They were mailed voter application ballots without the authorization”

Michigan’s voter rolls were identified to have tens of thousands of dead voters

- 95% of the dead voters are marked active
- 23,663 had been dead for 5 years or more
- 17,479 had been dead for at least 10 years
- 3,956 had been dead for at least 20 years
- At least two registrants were born before 1921, making them over 100 years old

The investigation also showed that 95% of dead voters were identified as being marked as “Active.” Meaning they are being sent mail in ballots

A guy at my gym pays $612 a month for health insurance for himself and his wife.

That’s $7,344 a year.

Last month his wife needed an MRI.

The bill was $2,180.

Insurance “negotiated” it down to $1,460.

Their deductible is $4,000.

So they paid the full $1,460.

He literally looked at me and said:

“So what exactly did the $7,344 buy?”

And I had no answer.

Because apparently you pay thousands every year for the privilege of paying thousands more when you actually need healthcare.

He’s healthy.

She’s healthy.

They barely use it.

$8,804 out of pocket this year between premiums and one MRI.

But thank God the original MRI price was $720 higher.

The Amish are threatening a mass exodus from New York over the vaccine fight.

The Amish population in NY is around 25,000 people.

NY is insisting that their children receive between 24 and 27 jabs to attend school.

Their schools, which have zero State or even Federal funding, refused to comply on religious grounds.

Their schools have already incurred $118,000 in fines for failing to comply.

The fight now heads to the Supreme Court, and I pray for their victory.

I do have one question: as NY is a sanctuary state, are they forcing all the illegals to get these jabs, or do they get a pass and just cash?

- The Pakistanis pay him $60,000
- When confronted, Mohammed has his attorney call and threaten the reported saying it’s a “criminal threat” to show up at his office asking questions

Foreigners are destroying our country with their fraud schemes

- Mohammed Abbas is linked to companies including Molabs Media LLC
- Public H-1B data shows Molabs Media as a long time sponsor of tech roles like software engineers, systems analysts, electrical engineers and more despite the company being about media and events
