@AsdaServiceTeam@asda 3/4 this has nothing to do with pre warned items unavailable or replaced. I'm still waiting for the order to mark as complete before I can manually invoke individual refunds on the missing items, but this is not good enough...
My Win11 build has a prov pack installed which sets up an APN profile. When I install a CU (eg. March or April), it removes the APN profile. The prov pack is still Installed but the APN has gone. Has anyone seen this issue? #MECM#SCCM#ConfigMgr#Ppkg#APN#CU#WindowsUpdates
@madebygoogle My wife has issues with her Pixel Pro 7. The front camera is not working and displays an error, see screenshot attached. I've tried several restarts, updating the phone, updating the cam app, deleting the cam app cache/data, but nothing has worked. Can you help?
@madebygoogle my Google Outdoor Cam - Wired (Gen 1) was migrated from Nest app to Google Home app. I have accidentally deleted the device. Ive attempted to re-add it to Nest and it informs me that device needs setting up in Home, but when trying, it doesn't detect the can. Help!?
@GoveeOfficial I have 2 LED strips (H6159) HW v1.00.02 and FW v1.07.02. I do not see LAN Control option available. I paid £40 x2 and would like to update the device to receive the LAN Control feature. Can you confirm this is feasible and how to resolve this situation?
@AXS_UK Chris Brown concert at O2 is rescheduled from 17/03 to 20/03. There's no option in the AXS app to get a refund. All help docs say you'd advise what options are available to me. There are no options available in the app for my tickets. I'd like a refund, please advise.
@HPUK you're unbelievable to expect you can dictate which ink we can use in our printers. My fully working printer rejects that my 3rd party ink uses non-HP approved chips. It's my choice, it's fair to invalidate my warranty but not to prevent my printer from working altogether!
