@wholemars As someone who has vibe coded a product and launched it to the public, I now fully understand what Elon means “prototypes are easy, production is hard”. To make a product you can sell, you will need at least 2~3 months dedicated to it.
I mean you shouldn’t take it personally and keep ego out of it. Eventually, the market will give its own verdict and it will slap you hard on face with no hesitation.
We've been working hard on making the Claude Code desktop app great for running lots of sessions side by side.
It's now much quicker to start sessions, easier to split work across a few, and you can always see what each of them is doing. Here’s what's new:
Our team has been using Kylon for the past two months. We are not just trying. We have actually moved all of our company’s work to it. It’s that good, hands down the best agentic product we have ever used in 2026. I don’t usually say this, but Kylon truly helps us 10X our productivity and I will share some of our use cases this this thread soon. @quinn_leng congrats on the launch!
I just created my local version of “Claude Project”. And it runs quite well. The problems with current Claude code project are: 1. The main conversion/thread really doesn’t do much. It is more of a messenger between you and the sub-threads. You have to pay attention to sub-threads a lot which defeats the purpose of the main thread. The main thread should be a brain not just a messenger. I understand it wants to protect its context window and that why I prefer Claude “campaign” to “on going project”. You start a campaign, implement a set of features/tasks and you are done. And then you start a new campaign. So that the main thread is focused, deeply involved and thinks like you because you mainly discuss strategies with the main thread; 2. Local projects are hard to port onto Claude projects as the project has its own memories and then main thread doesn’t have your local memories. It’s easier to start clean with a new project but too hard to migrate existing locals. 3. Running in cloud is not practical for a lot of projects. That’s why I built my own local “Claude campaign”. Claude code has all the infrastructure already. You can just build your own. @ClaudeDevs
We just let in every Pro and Max user from the Claude Code Projects waitlist!
