Knowledge and delivery is key but you must have a good grasp of the following:
1. People: Never take the following people for granted; Your Clients, Staff and Vendors. Your clients will be your greatest advocates while your Staff are your ambassadors. Your vendors can give you credit lines running to millions. Cherish the relationship and treat them nicely.
2. Location is paramount. Avoid the temptation of jumping on the first shop you see. Spend an evening to check foot-drops around your potential location and also look for crowd pullers like hotels, Lounges, Supermarkets and places of worship.
3. Remember, businesses exist not to make profit. The sole aim of any business is to attract and retain Customers. Profit is only an Indicator of how well you do that. Have your customer retention strategies clearly outlined and ensure everyone in your organization is on board.
4. Lastly, don’t work in isolation. You need a mentor and a community of like minds where best practices are shared.
I wish you luck.
@CaptainArinze Arinze, it os one thing to have a PVC, it is another to have a fearless and united opposition that is willing to defend our votes.
2023 taught us all a lesson.
It is obvious that Peter Obi is not in touch with reality. Perhaps it is time for him to look into the Mirror.
2023 Elections show how shallow LP was in terms of assigning Party Agents to man each polling unit. A lot of Polling units didn’t have LP agents yet some of us took the pain to do the unpaid Job and followed our votes down to LGA Collation Centers.
When the antics of APC became known and that they have scuttled electronic transmission of results, we all expected Peter to give the marching orders instead he said “we will go to court”. We believed him even in the face of an unjust judiciary.
The least Obi can do is to thanks us for our sacrifice.
We go again 2027.
A new Nigeria is POssible.
“Elections are rigged in Nigeria because Nigerians want it to be rigged. I will do whatever is possible to protect votes come 2027 election, but it is now left for Nigerians to decide if their votes will count. Because if you vote and stay in your polling unit and insist your votes must count, it will be counted. But some Nigerians would rather vote and go home, then hours later go to night vigil to start praying, because they think they are the only ones God created. The problem of Nigeria is leadership”.

@IhabFathiSulima For those who don’t know, this is a reverse axial aseptic exposure. This protocol was invented by Dr Sabi as a means of micro flora interception via microsomal magma diffuser. Please where did I stop?
The news coming out of Gwagwalape Close to Aso C in Nasarawa State is horrible.
Bandits storm a School and made away with School Children on Bikes.
Most Schools in Maraba have shot down indefinitely.
Kwankwaso walks in front of Obi ; I never did that.
