@ATT Do you have people who actually help? 😡 I received a new device JANUARY and I’ve been trying to return this for months and stores act like it’s a plague to take it…new device arrived opened and I’m being charged $1,000. How can I leave your service asap. My phone 📞 is off and this is UNACCEPTABLE I can’t work!

BSU is a community-centered institution, and in that spirit, I am respectfully reaching out to request your assistance.
We are currently advocating for a veteran who served this country honorably and, due to a documented injury, was unable to attend a semester. Despite his circumstances, he was charged full tuition and has been unable to obtain resolution after multiple attempts through virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails with campus leadership.
While I have successfully helped many of my mentees navigate challenges at BSU, this matter has extended beyond the departmental level and remains unresolved. Given the student’s service and the lack of response thus far, we believe this situation warrants executive review and timely intervention.

@TeachMrReed Amazing I would love to have you on a youth podcast. We stand for the same thing as well and understand the system treatment. I fight for educators, students and parents because it’s ridiculous. I wish my parents would have paid attention but parents don’t have time —honestly.
