@elonmusk Building a new app around personal finance for self use. Exact same prompts and requirements given both to grok & codex. Grok built the app within 40 minutes. Codex is still running and asking questions since 5 hours now

Instead we flooded every company with a thousand half-baked interns who never sleep… and now nothing ships.

The real skill in 2026:
- Knowing when the AI output is actually good
- Having the taste to throw 70% of it away
- Still understanding the system you’re building

Tokens are cheap.
Judgment is not.

Instead we accidentally made humans cheaper than tokens.

We gave every employee a million bad interns and now wonder why nothing ships.

The 100X token is the new 10X engineer.
Evals are the new OKRs.
And “AI transformation” is about to be bigger than any neofirm.

My analysis based on what I am seeing:

> I am all for accountability, free speech, and democracy. But the DS fingerprint in some things happening in India now is hard to miss.
