So I stop at @QuikTrip in Locust Grove, GA early on a Sunday evening. All of the lattes, both hot and cold, are out, the pizza slices are old and frightening, the roller foods are mostly out... So I have to leave empty handed. This is not a good thing. #itsallofthetime

@Arbys I remember when we were going through the potato cake debacle, and I had one of their @Arbys customer service agents tell me defiantly on here that we would NEVER get potato cakes back. We see how that worked out.

So I go to my local @Arbys to get the same sandwich that I've eaten for the last 10 years, and they tell me that the new mgmt has taken it off the menu. And they can't even custom make it or they will get in trouble. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. #wontseemeagain

What makes it even worse is the fact that @arbys really doesn't care. But the stupidity is that if you have turkey on the menu, how much trouble is it to put it on a Reuben? It's just dumb that it's forbidden to make that sandwich. And Arby's response?... Silence.

So I even called the complaint line, and the person I was speaking to who barely understood english kept calling it seasonal, but it's been around for a very long time on their screens in "other sandwiches". It's a Turkey Reuben. I've eaten it a million times. I'm very frustrated

@QuikTrip there is absolutely no point in having the cold and hot lattes in your stores if they are never going to work. It is a consistent issue to NEVER having them actually working in our QTs. Apparently corporate needs to involve themselves in McDonough Ga operations
