We’ve released a major change to managing your inbox of user replies; designed to make it easier for you to manage handling message threads with a group of staff or volunteers.

Now, users can claim batches of replies from a new Inbox Dashboard. Users will only see a view of the inbox with their claimed contacts to avoid overlapping responses.

Users can release their contacts when they go offline, and admins can track all activity behind the scenes.
