I mistakenly sent GHS 10,000 to a wrong number. When I called, he immediately refunded GHS 4,000, and by morning he sent the remaining GHS 6,000.
I asked him to keep GHS 500, but he refused and returned everything.

I compared each of the 5 concerns I mentioned to developed countries (countries with mature systems) to have a glimpse of what makes our clauses problematic. I also compared it to Nigeria's EFCC, because the CSA is actually being built up to basically clone the EFCC!
