What would you do?

My phone interview yesterday was rescheduled at the last-minute for 9:30 AM (CST) today. It is now 9:51 AM and I have yet to receive a call.

Do I send them an email and say thanks but no thanks? Or, if they do call, should I answer even though they’re late?
