@JohnDSeymour Try an additional copper band, close, but not touching the original one- if a slug/snail tries to bridge them, it gets a small shock due to potential differences. Having put the second band on, ensure there are no slugs hiding in the pot already there.

The project is redundant, corrupt, and environmentally ridiculous. We need homes, hospitals (with healthcare professionals) and schools, not a toxic train set for men who have never grown up and who see £ signs in their eyes as they rinse the taxpayer.

It’s about time the plug was pulled on this destructive, redundant waste of money. It has nothing going for it. Building work should focus on schools, hospitals, and removing cladding from hi-rise. But of course, the profit opportunities are less lucrative- who knew? #StopHS2
