ONEX was not the first to use the #PoS standard but we feel confident to say we are the first to convert PoS standard as a #ERC223 token. This was done by hiring dev's to create a better, safer token for the Community unlike the #ERC20 standard that previously has been used.

My token ONEX is opensource I've made acknowledgement of that from the start, though when a person's contract gets used and spammed on mainnet under a different name. I don't believe that is the right way to conduct business for yourself, there is testnet for these type of things
