ANOTHER BREAKING NEWS UPDATE🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Here’s one of the Taxis that brought people from the Eastern Cape outside the offices of the Ekurhuleni HR department at night carrying General workers on the 20th of April 2026.
All those general workers from the Eastern Cape were brought at night to sign their employment contracts WITHOUT interviews or shortlisting. I have the entire footage and number plates.
People involved are Bongani Khoza and Maripe Matjokotja, allegedly they were instructed by the handsome mayor.
I date them to say I’m lying. @Lesufi@nkosindiphile_x@City_Ekurhuleni
Today I’ve taken a step to officially apply to volunteer & participate in the SACR programs focusing on Township Economy. If they would have me, I’ll dedicate some of my time & expertise to advance & advocate for Township/Rural Economic activities for the people. @Princymthombeni
🚨ILLEGAL FOREIGNERS ARE NOW PRINTING THEIR OWN PERMITS: LEARN HOW TO SPOT A FAKE PERMIT
This a fraudulent Refugee Permit of an Ethiopian illegal foreigner that illegal foreigners print for themselves. It's just one example of the many I have.
The first way you can tell it's fake is by the picture of this man, the background is not from a Home Affairs office but rather taken in a salon, & a Home Affairs office booth gives out a black & white picture, not colour.
The second way you can tell it's fake is that the stamp is a copy, it's not an original stamp & the background of the stamped area is also not the same as the entire background of the permit.
The third way you can tell it's fake is because there is no RSDO Signature. An RSDO is a Refugee Status Determination Officer, so a permit issued by Home Affairs must be signed by an RSDO.
Lastly, this permit does not reflect on the Home Affairs system, I will do the verification later today but according to my intel, I already know it's not registered on the Home Affairs system.
I must make the point that it's a lie that only Immigration Officers & SAPS have the knowledge of how to tell if permits are fake or authentic, I just gave yall a free lesson.
When Citizens Arrest is being done, citizens can easily see if permits are fake or not & can even do verifications with Home Affairs themselves, it's not a highly skilled process to see a fake permit.

Our language must never stand still. It must breathe, grow, and evolve, just as those before us shaped it with courage and imagination. They did not wait for permission; they created.
Today, the world stands before us filled with new things, new realities, new names waiting to be born. Why should our tongues fall silent and borrow from others when we have the power to define our own world?
The past did not have everything we see today, but that is not a reason to surrender our voice to English. It is a calling. A calling for us to rise, to expand our languages with creativity, wisdom, and pride.
Let us sit together. Let us think, speak, and build. Because if we do not grow our language, we slowly lose ourselves.🍃🫶🏽

EFF Treasurer General and Member of Parliament, Hon. @OmphileMaotwe, calls out the Speaker for lying about an agreement to issue a media statement on the issue of the Secretary to Parliament during the Joint Standing Committee on Financial Management of Parliament.
The proposal still stands, we are requesting a forensic investigation into the employment of the Secretary to Parliament and the subsequent remuneration that continues to be paid, even now.

The EFF’s Letter to the Speaker of the National Assembly Demanding That Parliament Oppose President Cyril Ramaphosa’s Application to Set Aside the Independent Panel Report and Ensure an Inclusive Process for the Appointment of Legal Representation.
I have just finished reading these review papers for the 3rd time. I must agree that this is one helluva sophisticated approach to challenge a preliminary report. However, its sophistication lacks substance, and it's vague . Cyril does this by conceding the panel wad conducting a preliminary assessment but expected it to have gone beyond a constitutional inquiry standard for in interpreting rule 129b(g) . Phrased simply , you can't use a tertiary standard when marking a grade 7 exam paper.
Secondly , Cyril fails to explain what "sufficient evidence" means within the context of a preliminary inquiry. Surprisingly, he adopts a higher vague threshold, which, in my view , exceeds the legality essence confines of rule 129g . He approaches this like a trial, but in the process of doing so , he acknowledges it's just a "preliminary" phase .
On legality, he fails to understand that the panel was constituted as a constitutional filtering mechanism and not a final arbiter. So sufficient for what exactly?
1. Not sufficient to remove the president
2. Not sufficient to convict him
3. But sufficient to justify escalation to the impeachment committee where fuller evidentiary testing would occur.
So sufficient evidence exists means
"There is enough credible, relevant, and probative material before the Panel which, if left unanswered or requiring fuller ventilation, rationally justifies Parliament proceeding to the next constitutional stage of inquiry."
The standard above is higher than speculation but lower than final proof of guilt. This is exactly what the panel avoided. This is why the panel uses words like "may have committed "and "warrants further inquiry." These jurisprudential words of a preliminary inquiry and it embraces such terms deliberately and Cyril sees such as speculative. Really ?
The panel needed evidence sufficiently complete and probative to show actual misconduct before Parliament could even investigate further. It was not saying Cyril is guilty - it was of the view that their inquiry warrants the next step of inquiry as most questions were left unanswered, so the impeachment committee can look further into these questions
A preliminary constitutional mechanism exists precisely because the panel does not yet possess fully ventilated evidence. The purpose of the next stage is to:subpoena record, test contradictions , hear witnesses, etc.
In a nutshell, the papers implicitly import a near-trial evidentiary standard into a process expressly designed as a preliminary filter. But if sufficient evidence requires already-verified and near-conclusive proof, the impeachment committee under Rule 129M becomes constitutionally redundant. The review criticises the Panel’s threshold without offering a coherent alternative threshold capable of functioning within the staged architecture

Strangers can appreciate your greatness more easily because they encounter you without memory. Familiar people carry old versions of you in their mind like permanent ghosts. Until they release those ghosts, they will struggle to fully honor the person standing before them now. This is why growth sometimes requires distance. Not because you hate people, but because constant exposure to old perceptions can suffocate new evolution.🍃🫶🏽

Senegal🇸🇳 Ousmane SONKO dismissal: Bassirou Diomaye FAYE betrays the sovereignist fight and opens a major political crisis:
By deciding to sack Ousmane SONKO, Bassirou Diomaye Faye has probably signed the biggest political mistake of his career and one of the most incomprehensible decisions in Senegal's recent history. The one who was presented as the face of the breakup and national sovereignty now appears, in the eyes of many Senegalese, as a president who has chosen to align himself with the interests of the former colonial powers rather than the deep aspirations of his people.
This decision shocks all the more that Bassirou Diomaye FAYE owes his political ascent to Ousmane SONKO. Without SONKO, Diomaye FAYE would have remained a stranger to the Senegalese political scene. It was SONKO who led the fight, mobilized the youth, faced political prosecutions and embodied the hope of a Senegal free from foreign domination. Today, by dismissing this man who has become the symbol of pan-Africanism and sovereignty, Diomaye FAYE portrays the image of an ungrateful leader willing to sacrifice his allies to preserve the favors of foreign networks.
For many observers, this dismissal looks like a political surrender. Ousmane SONKO was disturbing because he spoke too strongly against France Africa, against foreign economic interests and against Paris' persistent influence in African affairs. His sovereignist speech worried the circles close to the Elysée. Today, many people see Western interests behind this eviction, including that of French President Emmanuel Macron and regional political relays favoring the maintenance of neocolonial order such as Abidjan.
Bassirou Diomaye Faye now appears as a head of state who would have preferred diplomatic salons and foreign blessings to popular support. The decision gives the feeling of a man who abandoned the sovereignty struggle to enter a logic of compromising with the powers that have long influenced African politics. Many also see the influence of Abidjan's networks, especially around President Alassane OUATTARA, who regularly defends French interests in West Africa.
But the most serious remains the political consequences of this breakup. Ousmane SONKO remains the most popular political figure in Senegal. His influence goes far beyond governmental functions. By ignoring him brutally, Bassirou Diomaye FAYE has just broken the sovereignist camp and plunged the country into a dangerous political crisis. Demonstrations, social tensions, institutional divisions and political blocks could quickly shake Senegal.
This dismissal was not just a mistake. It is a decision with heavy consequences that risks destroying confidence between the Senegalese people and the one they elected to defend national sovereignty. Many now consider that Bassirou Diomaye FAYE has turned his back on the people in order to align with external interests. Senegal thus enters a period of deep political uncertainty, caused by a choice that many already call a historical betrayal.
