@LeBancci @matigary It's funded by the SA government, as one of the Chapter 9 institutions. It was established in terms of Section 181(1)(b) of the SA constitution, so it is there for South Africans. Unfortunately, the law doesn't work according to the fancy of those who don't understand it.

A person in Guatemala can freely interact with one in Brunei without the need of you policing them. That is how social media works, and you can't change it.

That's 82 yrs of struggle to have the country fixed! How much does it take for a vegetable selling immigrant to go home and "fix their country"? It's a tired statement.
