On Screen Marking (OSM) सिस्टम में साइबर सुरक्षा संबंधी खामियों से इनकार करने के बाद अब CBSE ने आखिरकार यह स्वीकार कर लिया है कि सिस्टम से समझौता किया गया था।

लेकिन अपने कॉन्ट्रैक्टर COEMPT के खिलाफ वह क्या कार्रवाई करने जा रहा है?

कुछ खास नहीं।

ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि CBSE और शिक्षा मंत्रालय में COEMPT से लाभांवित होने वालों को पहले से अंदाजा था कि COEMPT इस काम के योग्य स��बित नहीं होगी।

अगस्त 2025 के अपने RFP में CBSE ने उन वेंडर्स को ब्लैकलिस्ट करने का अधिकार अपने पास रखा था, जो काम को प्रभावी ढंग से पूरा करने में विफल रहते। लेकिन सितंबर में CBSE ने एक corrigendum जारी कर वेंडर्स को ब्लैकलिस्ट करने का अपना ही अधिकार हटा लिया।

यह COEMPT को बचाने की एक समझ से परे, सरकार समर्थित कोशिश दिखाई देती है, जो COEMPT को आधिकारिक रूप से कॉन्ट्रैक्ट मिलने से पहले ही शुरू हो गई थी।

देश आखिर कब तक मं��्री प्रधान को बर्दाश्त करेगा, जिनके मंत्रालय ने टेंडर प्रक्रिया में ऐसी अकल्पनीय अनियमितताओं को न केवल होने दिया, बल्कि उन्हें संरक्षण भी दिया, जिसकी कीमत लाखों छात्रों को अपनी मानसिक शांति खोकर चुकानी पड़ी? मंत्री प्रधान अहंकार और अक्षमता की जीती-जागती मिसाल बन चुके हैं, जो राष्ट्र के प्रति अपनी जिम्मेदारी से ऊपर अपने राजनीतिक एजेंडे को रखने पर अड़े हुए हैं।

प्रधानमंत्री कभी भी खुद को ���ा अपने सहयोगियों को नैतिकता और शुचिता के किसी मानक पर कसने के लिए नहीं जाने गए हैं। लेकिन मंत्री प्रधान को अपना राजधर्म निभाते हुए इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए।

After NEET and CBSE comes CUET.

The Modi Government is clearly in damage control mode. The Mantri Pradhan of course has been thoroughly discredited and exposed for his incompetence, arrogance, and callousness. He is beyond saving in public estimation, and even the cheerleaders and drumbeaters are ready to cut him loose. They are now focused on salvaging the image of the Pradhan Mantri - who has been absolutely silent and indifferent to the suffering of millions of students, but is allegedly monitoring the situation closely.

Even now, however, the Modi Government is only window-dressing and PR-managing. The use of the Indian armed forces to manage the logistics of the NEET-UG exam on June 21 is only an attempt to capitalize on their integrity and efficiency. It is more for optics than meaningful change. It is clear that the NEET-UG paper leak this month happened at the level of the paper-setters and translators, not at the stage of question paper transportation. The focus should be on disrupting the NTA’s corrupt army of contractors and outsourced staff - but the Modi Government is letting them go scot-free because it is an open secret that most of them are politically connected to the RSS network.

The Pradhan Mantri-Mantri Pradhan jugalbandi is destroying the hopes and aspirations of lakhs of youth across the country. The duo has thoroughly messed up the education system, encouraged the infiltration of third-rate academics chosen by the RSS, and enabled large-scale corruption. Their new damage-control is finding no takers, because the blame for creating this chaos is squarely on these two individuals.

Narendra Modi’s commitment to women’s rights appears as tokenistic as his attempt to bulldoze the Women’s Reservation Bill through Parliament for political applause.

If the government truly cared for women’s rights it would first and foremost commit itself to protecting the dignity, honour, safety and justice of women across this country. And at that, Narendra Modi has categorically failed.

Instead, far too often, perpetrators of crimes against women are rewarded with impunity, garlanded welcomes and even elevated to hero status.

Women, on the other hand, are forced to live with fear, humiliation and shame, and in many cases are pushed to end their lives. This betrayal runs even deeper for Dalit, Adivasi and other oppressed women.

Hoping that this eye opening account has some effect on the government. Women safety needs much more than mere lip service.

As the Modi Govt follows a 4C policy - Continuing Callibrated Capitulation to China - comes confirmation of China’s pivotal role in Pakistan’s response to Operation Sindoor. Engineers from Aviation Industry Corporation of China’s Chengdu Aircraft Design and Research Institute, a key developer of China’s advanced fighter aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicle design, have confirmed that they provided technical support to the Pakistani Air Force.

This has not been a secret. It was Deputy Chief of Army Staff Lt. Gen. Rahul Singh who had first publicly revealed details of China's pivotal real-time role on July 4 2025.

This raises the 4-Whys.

1. Why did our  Prime Minister - he of the 5.6 inch chest and the tear-stricken lal aankh - give a clean chit to China on June 19 2020 and completely undercut our negotiating position? 

2. ⁠Why has the Modi Govt agreed to the loss of our traditional patrolling and herding rights in very many places in Ladakh?

3. ⁠Why has the Modi Govt failed to even whimper against such an openly hostile action from the Chinese Government during Operation Sindoor?

4. ⁠Why are investment and trade curbs on China being loosened and why is the Government seeking to deepen our industrial dependency on China with imports reaching record levels?

These issues must be discussed in Parliament.
