The level of false advertising on Bybit P2P has become a serious problem and requires immediate action.
Some buyer merchants deliberately post attractive prices they have no intention of honoring simply to occupy the top positions in the P2P listings. Once a seller opens the trade, they demand a lower price than the one advertised. If the seller refuses, they instruct the seller to cancel the order.
This is misleading, anti-competitive, and undermines trust in the Bybit P2P marketplace. Honest merchants who advertise genuine prices are pushed down the rankings, while dishonest merchants gain unfair visibility through deceptive pricing.
Bybit should enforce stricter penalties for merchants who repeatedly engage in this practice, including warnings, ranking restrictions, or suspension where appropriate. A marketplace is only as strong as the trust users have in it.
Please investigate this issue and take decisive action to protect the integrity of Bybit P2P.

@richard_ola_@Cyber_indaboski@OPay_NG Being OPay to OPay doesn’t automatically guarantee a reversal. It still depends on the circumstances and the recipient’s cooperation.
@ifechukwu_david@Cyber_indaboski@OPay_NG Exactly. That’s why I said in most cases, unless you can get a court order, there’s very little the bank can do. The challenge is that getting that order takes time and money, which is why many people never go that route.
