कांग्रेस द्वारा वंदे मातरम का सम्मान करने से औपचारिक रूप से न केवल इंकार  करना, बल्कि सीधे सीधे विरोध करना, अत्यंत दुर्भाग्य जनक और संवैधानिक दृष्टि से बहुत गंभीर विषय है। भारत के संविधान के अनुसार, संसद देश का सर्वोच्च संस्था है और संसद से पारित कोई भी  क़ानून हर व्यक्ति के लिये बाध्यकारी है।

यदि कोई इसे मानने से मना करता है तो निश्चित रूप से संविधान के प्रति उनकी निष्ठा संदेह के घेरे में आ जाती है और यदि राष्ट्र गीत का सम्मान करने से कोई मना करता है, तो उसकी देशभक्ति पर भी सवालिया निशान लग जाता है।

कांग्रेस 1937 के जिस प्रस्ताव की बात करती है, वह कांग्रेस ने मुस्लिम लीग की कट्टरपंथी मांगो के आगे नतमस्तक होकर पारित किया था और उसका ख़ामियाज़ा भविष्य में देश को विभाजन के रूप में देखना पड़ा।

कट्टरपंथी तत्वों के आगे समझौता करना, हमेशा  देश के लिए घातक साबित हुआ है, और आज कांग्रेस जब कट्टरपंथी तत्वों के आगे उसी प्रकार समर्पण कर रही है, तो यह देश के भविष्य के लिए एक गंभीर खतरे के संकेत हैं।

मैं मानता हूँ कि कांग्रेस का यह निर्णय सवर्था असंवैधानिक और निंदनीय है साथ ही  राजनैतिक दृष्टि से भविष्य में एक गंभीर संकट को पैदा करने वाला है। वंदे मातरम का विरोध करके कांग्रेस ने अपने नासमझी भरे खतरनाक इरादों को देश के सामने बता दिया है।

मैं सिद्धि सिंह, विवेकानंद विद्या मंदिर सेक्टर 2 धुर्वा रांची की छात्रा हूं। मेरा कसूर मात्र इतना है कि स्कूल के द्वारा जबरन बढ़ाई जा रही फीस और सिलेबस का विरोध मेरे पिता के द्वारा किया गया, और इसकी शिकायत उपायुक्त रांची और स्कूल से किया गया। बदले में आज चार महीना बीत जाने के बाद भी स्कूल ने मेरा एडमिशन नहीं लिया। जबकि मेरे द्वारा लगातार 2 - 3 महीने तक बकाया फीस अकाउंट में जमा करने के लिए स्कूल दौड़ लगाया गया, लेकिन मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करने के अलावा कोई निष्कर्ष नहीं निकला, इसकी शिकायत DC रांची, CBSE और अन्य सभी जगहों पर किया। लेकिन किसी ने भी मेरा साथ नहीं दिया, जबकि मेरे द्वारा DC रांची, DSE रांची, CBSE रांची के ही आदेशों का पालन किया जा रहा था।
अब मैं स्कूल नहीं जाती घर में ही रहती हूं, सिस्टम में बैठे लोगों ने मिलकर मेरा भविष्य खराब कर दिया। माननीय उच्च न्यायालय झारखंड से अनुरोध है कि मुझे इंसाफ दिलाया जाए।

Life & security of the citizens should be top priority for the Govt. No life was lost during the students protest on NEET Exam paper leaks despite many criminals tried to take advantage.

During Congress regime:-
1. Air Force was used to bomb Indian citizens in Mizoram.

2. Telangana Movement (1969) – Andhra Pradesh. According to historical accounts, 369 people died during the agitation, most of them students who were killed in police firing.

3. Turkman Gate Demolition & Police Firing (1976) – Delhi. During the Emergency, a major confrontation took place. The death toll remains disputed. Police acknowledged six deaths, while other accounts, including a statement attributed to the police officer who issued the firing order, put the number at 20 or more.

4. Muzaffarnagar Anti-Sterilisation Firing (1976) – Uttar Pradesh. On 18 October 1976, protests against the sterilisation drive in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, escalated and police opened fire on demonstrators. Various historical accounts have reported a substantial number of deaths, with some sources putting the toll at around 50.

5. Moga Agitation (1972) – Punjab. In the protest over alleged black marketing of cinema tickets escalated into clashes, Police opened fire, resulting in the deaths of four people, including students and passers-by.

6. Nav Nirman Movement (1973–74) – Gujarat Student-led agitation. Accounts of the movement cite 103 deaths overall, with 88 attributed to police firing.

7. Multai Farmers' Agitation (1998) – Madhya Pradesh. Police opened fire on farmers. Initial reports put the number of deaths at 17, while subsequent accounts put the eventual death toll at 24 farmers, with more than 100 people injured.

8. Mudigonda Land Agitation (2007) – Andhra Pradesh. Contemporary reports stated that eight people were killed and 16 injured in the police firing.

9. Sompeta Firing (2010) – Andhra Pradesh. Reports stated that two fishermen were killed in police firing, while around 100 people were injured.

10. Kakarapalli Firing (2011) – Andhra Pradesh. Reports stated that two people were killed and several others injured in the police firing. A fact-finding report further stated that both rubber bullets and live ammunition were used and that the firing claimed two lives. This incident is therefore included in the chronology.

11. Jaitapur Nuclear Power Project Protest Firing (2011) – Maharashtra

On 18 April 2011, police opened fire during protests and one protester, Tabrez Sayekar, also reported as Tavrez Sejkar, was killed in the police firing.

These incidents provide a chronological record of major protest movements and agitations in which deaths occurred in police firing or related police action while Congress governments were in power.

During the recently concluded Lok Sabha session, three sets of questions concerning the Cockroach Janta Party-led youth protests were DISALLOWED on the Union government’s behest.

Lok Sabha MP Matheswaran V.S. had sought answers from the Union Home Ministry and the Union Education Ministry through three sets of questions (Notice Reference Nos. 101799 and 101801). And look at what Parliament was being asked to seek answers on:

1. Refund of application fees for NEET-UG 2026
2. Growing public distrust in the government
3. Denial of drinking water and sanitation facilities to CJP protesters in Delhi
4. The government’s engagement with protesting students and youth
5. Student welfare, paper leaks and education reforms
6. The treatment of citizens exercising their fundamental right to peaceful protest

Yet, these questions were disallowed citing Rule 41(2), including clauses (i), (iv), (v), (xviii) and (xxii). Very bizarre justifications for perfectly legitimate questions.

If these questions cannot be asked in Parliament, where exactly is the Government supposed to be held accountable? Through protests? Why did Home Minister Amit Shah not come before Parliament during those crucial weeks and answer questions concerning the police action against protesters?

The right of an MP to question the Executive is not some procedural nuisance but is actually the heart of parliamentary democracy. Question Hour exists precisely because ministers who exercise enormous public power must answer to the elected representatives of the people. Otherwise of course people will be forced to come out on the roads.

You can’t gag the Parliament and make it a rubber-stamp for your half-baked policies. You cannot ignore the youth. This is not our idea of India!

अंकिता भंडारी के परिवार से 2 दिन पहले मिला। चार साल बीत चुके हैं, लेकिन आज भी वो न्याय का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं - अपनी बच्ची के ख़िलाफ़ एक ऐसे अपराध के लिए जिसकी कोई माफी नहीं।

सिर्फ 19 साल की अंकिता वनंतरा रिज़ॉर्ट में रिसेप्शनिस्ट थीं जहां एक "VIP" मेहमान की शर्मनाक मांग का विरोध करने पर चीला नहर में डुबो कर उनकी हत्या कर दी गई। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट ने हिंसा और डुबोने के सबूतों की पुष्टि भी की।

मगर, रिज़ॉर्ट में अंकिता के रूम को किसी भी तरह की जांच होने से पहले ध्वस्त कर दिया गया जो खुद में संदेहपूर्ण है।

इस दुखद मामले में सबसे शर्मनाक बात है कि राज्य सरकार खुद आज तक उस "VIP" को संरक्षण दे रही है। क्यों? क्योंकि वह BJP-RSS का बड़ा नेता है।

यही BJP की विकृत मानसिकता है बलात्कारियों और अपराधियों को बचाना, उनका राजनीतिक संरक्षण करना, यहां तक कि बलात्कार के दोषियों का फूल-मालाओं से स्वागत करना। दुनिया में सबसे घिनौने इंसान वो होते हैं जो बलात्कारियों की रक्षा करते हैं और BJP में ऐसे लोगों की भरमार है।

भारत तब तक आगे नहीं बढ़ सकता, जब तक महिलाओं को पुरुषों के इस्तेमाल की वस्तु समझने वाली यह अमानवीय मानसिकता खत्म नहीं होती। भारत तभी आगे बढ़ेगा, जब भारत की महिलाएं आगे बढ़ेंगी - सम्मान, सुरक्षा, समानता और न्याय के साथ।
