It's almost 6:30 and neither of the two packages I'm expecting today has been delivered yet. Amazon is at least telling me it should be by 8:30, but OnTrac doesn't give a time...just that it's been "out for delivery" since 9:15 this morning. 🙃🙃

@OnTrac_Shipping is the absolute WORST shipping handler in the United States. I recommend going out of your way to avoid them at all costs. The Post Office is more reliable and that's not saying a lot.

Day 4 of not getting my package from @OnTrac_Shipping. Just sitting in their warehouse or it is lost. Not 1 person has been able to tell me.

if you ever need a company to get packages to your destination, do not use @OnTrac_Shipping, they are truly horrible.
