@flyspicejet you have the most rude and untrained representative at the Patna airport. Our flight to Mumbai that was originally scheduled for 7:40 pm got postponed to 11:40 pm and upon reaching the airport we were informed the flight will arrive at 4am. This man was rude (1/2)
