@IncomeTaxIndia In the e-filing portal it is not updated as the refund failed because of which I am not able to raise refund re-issue requst. but i received a message from SBI stating the refund failed.

My ITR was processed on 8th and the same day I received an intimation and Message from SBI about credit.
The bank account which i nominated for refund is closed because of which my refund failed as i checked with the SBI.
Kindly help me in Re-Issue request.
