@UnitedIndiaInsu I could write a whole book about how bad my experience was for an insurance claim. The worst! I did get it settled, but felt like the company was run by toddlers who didn’t know how to form a process. Never renewing it again with them.

I’ve been trying to call @Livpure_India for over a month now for service and still no response. Called at least 15 times, tried chat support,.. still Nothing. No response, No update. Finally, I tried calling Sales and got connected in just 3 secs!

It’s interesting how @Lenskartme can call/message me a million times to sell, even when I’m not buying. But had no way of contacting me when they cancelled my order after a week of waiting.
When I contacted support, had to wait 32mins to even get a response!

2. I upgraded again and this time went for yearly, coz I was happy with service
3. Family plan became unavailable. (there was no documentation about family plan not available for yearly plan, apparently, you guys don’t like more money)
@YouTube cancelled my Family membership due to a bug and told me to upgrade again. I upgraded to yearly plan only to realise family plan cannot be in yearly. Support says, I have to cancel and they won't give me a refund. #CustomerExperience#fail YOUR BUG, YOU FIX IT!
