Misgendering disproportionately effects black trans women which leads to violence.

Acknowledging a trans person identity does not diminish or devalue a cis gender persons identity. As a black feminist @MsPinks444 you should advocate for equality for all women regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

It is explicitly transphobic to purposely miss gender a person that you know identifies as the opposite sex and it actually causes real harm to the transgender community.

And most importantly our ELDERS in the community need to stop the toxic narcissistic and abusive games. How do you expect the younger generation to take up the mantle and further your legacy if you are beating us over the head, insecure and intimidated by us.
