@TicketmasterCS This isn’t very helpful. You didn’t advertise these tickets as non transferable when they were being sold. Nor have you given an explanation as to why they can’t be transferred. I easily transferred tickets for Beyoncé Cardiff, so I’m at a loss as to why this is beyond you now?
